Global Footprint Network Event

Just before Christmas I had the opportunity to attend the Global Footprint Network Event, The Event was held at the residence of Boyd Willat, entrepreneur and co-founder of Day Runner. The Key note Speaker Mathis Wackernagel, is a Swiss-born sustainability advocate. He is currently Executive Director for Global Footprint Network , an Oakland, California-based non-profit that focuses on developing and promoting metrics for sustainability. After the lecture, the night was filled with performances by Jazz Vocalist Heather Lauren, Pianist David Joyce, jazz comic and multi-instrumentalist David Zasloff, and comedian Cary Odes
